RIDEMAKERZ® CAR CUSTOMIZING SHOP FOR KIDS OPENS NEWLY EXPANDED SHOP AND CELEBRATES FATHER'S DAY! RIDEMAKERZ reopened on June 16, 2010, welcoming kids and kids-at-heart back to the Downtown Disney District® in Anaheim, Calif. RIDEMAKERZ debuted in Anaheim's Downtown Disney in October of 2009 with a limited engagement shop that won recognition by Chain Store Age magazine as Worldwide Retail Store of the Year in the "Pop-up" Category. The newly designed and expanded shop serves as a permanent installation in the Downtown Disney District®, delivering the ultimate immersive entertainment experience for toy and automotive enthusiasts alike. Media and a group of twenty-two Bigs and Littles from the Orange County chapter of Big Brothers Big Sisters previewed the expanded store with the full RIDEMAKERZ experience, building their very own RIDEZ . They also had an opportunity to meet radio and motor sports announcer Uncle Joe Benson, as well as legendary car customizers Chip Foose and Fireball Tim. As part of RIDEMAKERZ' ongoing commitment to kids and community, ZEO (CEO) Larry Andreini presented a $1000 donation to the Orange County chapter of Big Brothers Big Sisters just prior to cutting the chain, RIDEMAKERZ' version of a ribbon-cutting.
